Fruugo integration manual

The Fruugo Feed allows you to supply a single domestic feed - in your language & currency - to sell across all our countries. The Fruugo system handles the language translation and currency conversion.

There are THREE steps to complete the integration process before your account goes live:

1. Completing a Fruugo Feed

1.1 Register on Fruugo

Open an account with the Fruugo marketplace

• Sign up for an account on Fruugo

1.2 Create Fruugo feed

Add the Fruugo feed to your profile grid. For more details please check the manual below:

1.3 Map your store categories to Fruugo categories in the product feed

To get proper Fruugo categories for your products you need to map your store categories to Fruugo categories.

1.4 Set the Fruugo connection up

Please contact Fruugo support team and ask them for Fruugo feed validation.

2. Providing your Shipping Charges

3.Providing your Payment Details

In order for payments to be made we require the appropriate bank details for your account in the registered country which has been specified on the Fruugo sign-up. Please ensure the full details are submitted to your Fruugo Integration Specialist for them to assign to your account to enable you to process your retailer payments.

Integration Complete

Once all THREE steps have been completed and approved, your Fruugo Integration Specialist will begin your account integration. Upon completion, your account will go live across the Fruugo platform and you will receive your Fruugo Retailer Portal log-in credentials, as well as access to other services.
